Theresa Molnar has been with the Institute since 1990. She became Executive Administrator in 1995, was promoted to Director in 1999, and was appointed Executive Director in 2001. Before joining the Institute she was associated with Fabergé, Inc. for fifteen years, where she was Director of Sales Administration.
