Foundation Five: Notable Clio Ermenidis

Notable Clio Ermenidis has created the next great Axe Unplugged fragrance for Firmenich, the most recent in a long list of great accomplishments.

Upon graduation from ISIPCA in 2010, Ermenidis began her career as a junior evaluator in Firmenich’s Paris office. After being nominated to a full FDM position, she transferred from Paris to New York in 2013. The intervening years were extremely productive; she has worked with a variety of clients in a manner that has developed into a harmonious balance of creative edge and business acumen, with her main clients being L’Oréal Fine Fragrance and Unilever’s Axe brand.

Indeed it is Ermenidis’ unusual cross-category expertise which has propelled her to the top of her metier and led her to being singled out by perfumers and clients as their preferred creative partner. Acting as a bridge between these two all-important categories and applying creative as well as strategic understanding equally across her assignments, she has been singled out as a role model for the future of the Fragrance Development Role here at Firmenich.

Perhaps the next Notable is working at the next desk or leading groundbreaking projects at your company.
